Return Policy
We want you to love how your Epic Craft lamp looks once it is lit. If something isn't right, you can return it under the terms below. This policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible, with any tags still attached. Resin lamps are fragile: please pack them as carefully as they arrived.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@epiccraft.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item(s) to.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them using a trackable service.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your return to your order.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, Epic Craft covers the cost.
Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee. Nothing is deducted from your refund for restocking, handling or processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges: standard shipping on our orders is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@epiccraft.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or design, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
